Francespar Deck Turning Blocks

FranceSpar made a large variety of Deck Turning Blocks and a limited number of them are still available for matching or replacement purposes. Standard finish is clear anodized, Black anodized is available in some sizes. Note: Later units may be labeled Sparcraft.

FranceSpar Deck Turning Blocks are sized by the width of the Block (A), which is also the nominal Sheave Diameter. Standard units have Delrin Sheaves and a clear anodized finish.

Listed below are standard sizes. Be sure to verify critical dimensions when ordering for replacement Applications. We also stock some "specials" not listed here, please supply relevant dimensions when inquiring.

Francespar Deck Blocks

FranceSpar also produced a Single Deck Turning Block with a 40mm Sheave commonly used on Isomat and Sparcraft Spars. Modern versions are identical, but are labeled Sparcraft.

FranceSpar 30mm Deck Turning Blocks

Small Deck Turning Blocks were produced specially for Beneteau. Though several versions were produced the 3-Sheave version is the only one currently available. Replacement Sheaves are available for all.

FranceSpar 30mm Deck Turning Blocks w/ Aluminum Sheaves

Special small Deck Turning Blocks with wide Aluminum Sheaves that accommodate larger line were produced specially for Beneteau. Though several versions were produced the 6-Sheave version is the only one currently available. Replacement Sheaves are available for all.

** Six-Sheave Double stacked unit, FSP 48-516F, has the same footprint as the 3-Sheave FSP 48-503, but is 2 sheaves high. Unit is 44mm (1 3/4") high and is attached to the Deck with three (3) 8mm (5/16") FH screws. Unit features replaceable sheaves, SM48R17-14.

Replacement Sheaves for these units are SM 60R19-12, which are 60mm (2 3/8") OD x 19mm (3/4") wide x 12mm (7/16") ID. Also used on Francespar Deck Blocks with Cam.
